Products that are deemed damaged due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship are eligible for a 12-month warranty. Warranty claims can only be filed for orders placed at and by the original purchaser. Second-hand, resell, or third party orders are not eligible for warranty. Seconds quality and clearance items are not eligible for warranty. Please contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged. In order to file a warranty claim, contact with us regarding the defect must be made within 365 days of the date of purchase. Warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim on the basis of customer mishandling or misuse including, but not limited to: lack of following the recommended washing instructions outlined on our washing instructions page, Using a non-recommended detergent, using a non-recommended diaper ointment or cream, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or harsh conditions, etc. Please retain your order confirmation email for your records. This email along with your order number is required to process a warranty claim. Approved warranty claims will be eligible for a replacement item of equal value only. No refunds will be issued. You may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges that result from replacing your product. A photo of the item may be required before the exchange is agreed upon.
